Radical Self-Belief & Faith In The Face Of Challenges! You've Got This!!
The last few years have been both beautiful and incredibly challenging. On the one hand, I have had stunning wins and growth; on the other hand, I have had many failures and brutal surprises. I work at being the observer rather than being attached to outcomes, but I am still refining my deepest triggers. One of those triggers is expecting people to do what they say they will do.
I still find this spiritual belief debatable, as part of me feels we should be able to expect others to do what they say. I rarely react to the universe, but this concept always borders on passionlessness to me. Do I want to be so zen that I can never get upset? It's terrible to admit, but I aim for brutal honesty.

Recently, I have fully embraced my philosophy of adding friction to my life to keep glowing up. One of my recent “scare the hell out of myself " moments came last week when my new off-Broadway show, “Raising Hell and Consciousness”, was picked up at an NYC theater, the nerd-club du jour Caveat Club. Stay tuned for more on that terrifying adventure trial-running in early September.
Even more terrifying, the SoulTech Foundation is taking flight. We are gearing up to beta-test our first AI training courses, which the first AI teacher teaches. As a social advocate and AI ethicist, I want to help underserved communities succeed in the Age of AI. I watched them get left behind in the last tech boom, refuse to stand by and do nothing about it this time.
There are 120 million adult transitioning workers in the 12 largest economies who will need to be upskilled. We are committed to making it fast, easy, and inexpensive for underserved people to learn the skills they need as the Age of AI unfolds.
We started seed fundraising, and that has been a tough lesson. Did you know that less than 2% of venture capital is given to women-founded businesses? I knew it was bad, but WOW, less than 2%. Yet, the most successful startups have females leading the way. To make matters more challenging, less than 1.9% of donations are given to female-led nonprofits. I do love a challenge. That is even more appalling as women tend to be the caretakers of vital issues.
Putting our cause out there has been quite a learning experience. The fact that I never needed to borrow money to have successful businesses is a point against me. Talk about a racket. A world that saddles people with debt in college to keep them locked into the system also penalizes them for being able to build businesses without borrowing money. It’s nuts.
I have had to dig deeper than usual to tap into my self-love and faith. Which brings me to radical self-love and faith. Manifesting is made magic by deeply believing in yourself and your mission and radiating that confidence and frequency into the universe. It sounds crazy, but our thought habits create our reality, and if you allow unhealthy thoughts to repeat, you will create that energy in motion (e-motion) and put that out into the world. We get back from the universe more of what we are radiating.
It is okay to have moments of doubt, to need a pep talk, and to have a tough day. You just need to remind yourself of how talented, deserving, and successful you are. Give yourself a shake, reestablish the energy of winning, and go out into the world with the beacon of success radiating off you. It will draw more winnings to you! I promise.
It is ok to stumble. Remember, you must feel your feelings to move that energy out of the body. One thing I struggled with was suppressing feelings, which kept the doubt stuck in me. Simply see it for what it is, release it, and perform some spiritual practices that will get you back into alignment!!
Here are some ways to move feelings of doubt out of the body:
Gratitude- Write a list of things you are grateful for (a magical process)
Journal- Write about the situation that caused doubt
Meditate- Have a self-love meditation
Pranic Healing- Move negative energy out of the body (my fave)
Manifestation: Revisit your manifestation list and inspiration board
Exercise: Movement is effective at shifting unhealthy energy
Have an amazing week!
Love and light,
Cynthia
