Our beautiful world is filled with vibration, often called frequency in the spiritual realm. Frequency is the number of repeating vibrations occurring in a second. Everything has a frequency, especially the human body—from the top of our heads to the tiniest cells. One of the great lessons of becoming spiritual is accepting that operating at a higher frequency is essential for our well-being.
Studies show that a healthy human has a 62–72 MHz frequency. When the body’s frequency drops below this range, illness can begin. The lower the frequency, the closer we are to death. This is why your intuition might tell you to step away from certain people's energy. It’s how we sense when someone is secretly battling an illness. Conversely, higher frequencies make us feel lighter, more understanding, and less ego-driven. We operate with kindness, leaving our egos behind.
After my awakening, I changed my life and shifted my energy habits. Like anyone on a transformative journey, I had to break old cycles and create new ones. Source led me to particular habits—some challenging but transformative. Awakenings often bring lessons that must be taken to heart. Below are 14 vibration-raising habits that significantly changed my life and continue to guide my journey.

Meditation: No More Excuses! Meditation is Step 1 for anyone seeking transformation. We all know we should meditate, but it’s easy to resist. This practice, which takes just 5-10 minutes, offers profound benefits, including easing anxiety, overcoming fear, and reflecting on your life. With daily practice, your frequency rises, and your life begins to shift. Create a calming space, focus on your breath, and engage fully in the present moment.
Yoga: Let the Prana Flow Yoga isn’t just about physical poses; it’s about the energy (prana) flowing through your body. Moving with intention and breathing deeply, we help our nervous system function optimally, raising our vibration. Start each session by calming the mind, set your intention for the day, and move with your breath. The benefits of yoga go far beyond flexibility—it’s a key practice for mental clarity and emotional balance.
Open Your Chakras: Unlock Your Energy Chakras are energy points along your spine that influence our emotional and physical well-being. Creativity flows, happiness blooms, and health improves when these energy centers are open and aligned. Blockages are common, especially during periods of transformation. If you experience blockages, seek a reiki healer or other energy worker to clear them and restore balance.
Exercise: Vital for Your Mind and Body Physical health is just as important as spiritual health in transformation. I lost 80 pounds in 6 months by simply walking every day. Exercise doesn’t need to be intense—any form of movement, from dancing to walking to cycling, will raise your vibration. It’s not about the intensity but the consistency and joy in moving your body.
Music & Sound: Tune Your Vibration Music has the power to elevate your mood instantly. Certain frequencies, like 432 Hz, are known to release emotional blockages and promote healing. Find music that resonates with you, or immerse yourself in a sound bath. If you don’t have access to music, try wind baths—nature’s way of clearing your energy.
Vegan Vibration: Nourish Your Body with Sustainable Foods As I shifted to a plant-based diet, I noticed a significant rise in my energy and mood. Eating sustainable foods not only supports the planet but also enhances your vibration. Choose plant-based, whole foods that nourish your body and soul. Eating clean helps you vibrate higher and feel more positive.
Kindness: Make it Your Lifestyle Kindness isn’t a one-time act—it’s a way of being. Growing up in an orphanage made me keenly aware of how our actions can impact others. Every interaction is an opportunity to leave someone feeling better. Your energy can be a source of magic, whether through a simple smile or a thoughtful gesture. Be a beacon of kindness.
Gratitude: The Key to Abundance Gratitude unlocks the flow of blessings in your life. When you focus on what you're grateful for, no matter how big or small, your vibration rises. I recommend naming your blessings daily, either through journaling, meditation, or while performing simple tasks. Gratitude is a powerful tool for manifesting abundance.

Boundaries: Protect Your Energy Healthy boundaries are crucial for maintaining high energy. Without them, you risk allowing others to control your space and energy. Setting clear boundaries helps build self-esteem and protects your vibration. Stand firm in your limits, and surround yourself with people who respect them.
Hobby Habit: Discover Your Gifts Pursuing hobbies opens up opportunities to discover hidden talents and passions. Hobbies are an excellent way to enrich your life and raise your vibration. Whether it’s painting, dancing, or learning a new skill, hobbies add joy, creativity, and purpose to your life.
Breathing: Harness the Power of Breath Breathing is one of the simplest yet most powerful tools for raising your vibration. Deep breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system, calming your mind and body. Take five deep, cleansing breaths to reset your energy and bring yourself into a peaceful state.
Positivity: Attract Abundance What you focus on multiplies. If you maintain a positive mindset, you will naturally attract more positivity into your life. This doesn’t mean ignoring life’s challenges, but rather choosing to view them as opportunities for growth. A positive attitude fuels abundance and success.
Circle of Friends: Surround Yourself with Positive Energy The people you surround yourself with have a profound impact on your energy. Choose friends who uplift and inspire you. As you evolve, your circle of friends may change. Seek out those who share your high-vibration values, and together, you’ll elevate each other.
Nature: Reconnect with the Earth Nature is a powerful source of positive energy. Spending time outdoors, whether walking in a park or simply sitting under a tree, helps recharge your body and spirit. The earth's natural energy, coupled with crystals or favorite stones, can keep you grounded and balanced. Make nature a regular part of your routine to restore your energy.
