Extra! Pulitzer Nominated Journalist Rose Horowitz & SoulTech Magazine Sneak Peek
It bears mentioning that I failed a lot once I decided to pursue my dreams. I spent decades resting on well-calculated risk. My career looked glam but was safe in the predictability of its gambles. If I learned anything from shifting from waiting for permission to permitting myself, I learned the most from failure. Those many failures have made the last month delicious!
I have a lot of balls in the air, and in February, a lot of that hard work bore tasty fruit. Pulitzer-nominated journalist Rose Horowitz popped by for the new episode of Citizen Journalist, my new book Memory Mansion stayed at #1 throughout its first week, and my wellness brand SoulTech is kicking off a new magazine and event series called Soundbites To Solutions. The first issue of the magazine comes out in a few days and features some spicier sides of spirituality.
As friends, family, and fans, I wanted to share a first look at my playful first magazine cover. I am determined to show people that spirituality and wellness can be fun!
It took me quite a while to combine the different work under one umbrella. Initially, I was a hot mess and made wild and crazy mistakes. It was a ball! Not caring what anyone thinks is an experience I wish to gift everyone!
GothicHouseMedia.com is a multimedia empire in the making and also oversees books, speeches, podcasts, and events for ShamanIsis.com. SoulTech.World is the home of my conscious living and events brand. These join up with endeavors I have done for years like my sustainable collection IntentionFashion.com and marcom agency Dreamweaver. The old me would be apologizing about now for sounding like I am bragging. The healed version of me has learned to celebrate my wins and failures. We need both for growth. God knows I failed a lot. So, I learned a lot.
It is part of my commitment to sharing what a self-love journey looks like with friends, fans, and followers. My mission is to raise consciousness so others can actualize their gifts and dreams. We should all be enjoying our purpose! Are you going after your wildest dreams? If they need a revisit, I have included suggestions for making dreams come true down below.
If you enjoy real talk about media from experienced professionals, check out the new episode of Citizen Journalist, which is dropping today. I interviewed investigative journalist and #womentofollow founder Rose Horowitz. We dish about the state of media and journalism! It makes for fascinating streaming!

Set clear goals: Define your dreams and aspirations clearly. Know what you want to achieve and where you want to go in life.
Create a plan: Break down your goals into smaller, actionable steps. Develop a roadmap to reach your dreams, setting milestones along the way. However, do not get stuck in planning as that can be a perfectionist’s bet delay tactic.
Take action: Don't just dream; take consistent action towards your goals every day. Even small steps can lead to significant progress over time.
Stay persistent: Challenges and setbacks are inevitable. Stay committed to your dreams, remain resilient, and keep pushing forward despite obstacles.
Embrace change: Be open to adapting to your plans as circumstances evolve. Flexibility and willingness to change course can help you stay on track toward your dreams.
Seek inspiration: Surround yourself with positive influences, whether it's through books, mentors, or supportive communities. Draw inspiration from those who have achieved similar dreams.
Stay focused: Avoid distractions and stay focused on what truly matters to you. Prioritize your time and energy towards activities that align with your goals.
Practice gratitude: Cultivate an attitude of gratitude for what you have accomplished and the progress you've made. This is especially true when you aren’t living in your ideal circumstances!
Take risks: Stepping out of your comfort zone is often necessary to achieve big dreams. Be willing to take calculated risks and embrace growth opportunities.
Believe in yourself: Confidence in your abilities is crucial. Believe that you have what it takes to achieve your dreams, even when doubt creeps in.
Living larger isn't just about achieving big goals; it's also about finding fulfillment and purpose in life. Remember to enjoy the journey, celebrate your successes, hug the failures, and cherish the moments along the way.
Enjoy!
Warm Regards,
Shaman Isis
